If you are experiencing violent, controlling or intimidating behaviors at home and you are concerned about your wellbeing, or that of any children or others you live with, there is support available to you (for both men, women, children and adults).

If you are in immediate danger, you should dial 999. If you cannot speak out loud to the operator, you can press ‘55’ and the call will be processed in accordance to the ‘Silent Solution’ procedure. If you are not in immediate danger but would like to talk about your experiences and ask for advice, there are a number of services you can access from your home. Below is a list of a few:
